Description

PCW4000 Petrol Pulling Winch 1000kg

Portable Winch Co. hits once again with the portable capstan winch PCW4000 with quick release automatic anti roll-back device!

This model is powered by the Honda 360° inclinable 4-stroke engine GXH50 cc. It also has a centrifugal clutch that activates when you pull the rope. When the rope is released, the drum stops spinning and the quick release automatic anti rollback device does its job and holds the load in position!

You can also disengage the rope in one simple movement!

A light, powerful, safe and very simple winch to operate. Perfect for all types of work, whether to pull logs, directional felling, pull a big game, get a vehicle out of trouble, pull a boat, a dock or for any other projects, this new winch will be the ideal tool!

QUICK RELEASE AUTOMATIC ANTI ROLL-BACK MECHANISM

The Portable Winch Co. engineering team strikes again by designing this simple and ingenious device!

As soon as you pull the rope that goes through the ARM, the centrifugal clutch activates, and the winch begins to pull. As soon as the rope is released, the drum stops rotating and the automatic mechanism does its job by holding the load in position! Disengage the rope in one simple movement! Nothing is easier.

HONDA 4-STROKE GX50 360° INCLINABLE ENGINE

This Honda's GX50 engine offers high output and light weight with excellent fuel efficiency. It's the first Honda four-stroke model in the two-horsepower class that is 360-degrees inclinable during operation and storage. Among its many features, smooth performance, proven reliability, easy starting, easy to use and maintain and emissions compliant!

The PCW4000 is operational on a 360° incline so doesn’t have to be kept flat which gives it a good advantage when in use on rough terrain.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Do you offer a petrol winch which can work on rough terrain (i.e. not flat ground)?

  • How does the rope grab / anti rollback work on the Portable Winch PCW4000 1000kg Petrol Puling Winch?

The winch line has to be fed through the rope grab and when tension is applied it operates the throttle to engage the centrifugal clutch and begin the pull. No rope grab = no operation.

Good piece of kit

I bought this winch to help clear some felled trees. Day one and the winch excelled in pulling three feet long oak logs uphill to a position where they could be transported to our log store. I am 81 years old and had no problems starting, carrying and operating the machine. I have worked in steel construction in my past and would have loved this winch forty years ago. It will be stored in the boot of my car in case of winter emergencies.
