RUNPOTEC Roll-Off Rails AS 900 – 2 Piece (Capacity 1700kg*)

The AS 900 unwinding rails are designed for safe unwinding of heavy cable material and cable drums from 450 mm to 2000 mm diameter. One of the two heavy duty rollers can be positioned in 3 different settings.

The stable stainless steel-aluminium construction with high-quality, maintenance-free, ball bearing heavy-duty support rollers ensure a long service life.

Easy and quick change of drums due to the unwinding brake.

Due to their two-part narrow design they are easy to use in cramped spaces.
Especially recommended where different cable types are to be processed side by side within a short time.

*Important note regarding the maximum capacity for the pair of rails. The 1700kgs is for as new cable drums, with no dints or damage to the drum flange edges – with these parameters the cable drums will roll freely.

However, for old and poor condition cable drums where they will have dints on the flange edges it is recommend that no more than 800kgs capacity drums are used, as the drums will not roll as easily.

When drums are in very poor condition, the recommended working load bearing capacity of 800 kg should not be exceeded.
